Vehicle must never be moved from place of accident until police report has been completed and Cyprus Car Hire Portal has been notified.

In case of any accident to the car you must immediately contact the nearest police station and make an accident report.

If you do not report this to the police and comply with the requirements under the country's law, the insurance might become invalid.

The report should state if there was any influence of alcohol or drugs and which driver has caused the accident.

It is essential that you also report any accident or damage to the Cyprus Car Hire Portal.
In case of other damages to the rented car, the above procedure should also be followed. If the vehicle is damaged while parked you have to report the damage to Cyprus Car Hire Portal before the car is moved.

It is mandatory for the client to fill in a police report in case of theft and to turn this document to our company. It is essential that you also report any theft to the nearest police station. The keys of the car must be handed to the Cyprus Car Hire Portal representatives.

Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence and the charge is due the customer.
