All prices from Cyprus Car Hire Portal include:
Airport Service Charge (ASC), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Break Down Assist - 24 hour service, Third party insurance, Car Theft Insurance with no excess, Unlimited Mileage, Car Fire Insurance with no excess, Two drivers free of charge, Free Baby/child Seat (must be ordered), Free collection from Paphos Airport, Free delivery to Paphos Airport, Insurance with no excess, V.A.T. and all local taxes. Also included in the price is the insurance for windscreen and tyres.
Insurance Limitations:
No insurance cover is provided if the vehicle is driven into the occupied Northern area of the island, the vehicle is driven on a non-paved road, the vehicle is driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances as well as failure to take in mind traffic regulations, failure to report an accident to the police or intentionally trying to damage the vehicle. In any of these cases, the driver becomes responsible for the market value of our vehicle as well as recovery costs and any costs relating to third-party claims. Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence and the charge is due the customer.
Deliveries and Collections:
If we're delivering to the airport please provide us with your flight number and arrival time. We will greet you at the airport arrival hall holding a sign with your name and escort you to your car. At the end of the rental period, vehicles should be returned where it will be instructed by our staff and it will be noted on the rental agreement. Consider that the car must be returned the same time that is delivered or maximum of 3 hours delay (airport drop off). Any drop off more than 3 hours will be charged as an extra day.
How to reserve a car:
Just send us your booking with delivery details and a daytime contact number. When reserving, please provide us with your driver's license number and country of issuance.
Fuel Policy:
The car is delivered with half (more or less) tank of petrol. The car must be returned without re-fuelling at the end of the rental. Please note that the cost for unused fuel is not refundable. This is charged in the same rate as in the petrol stations. The extra cost of fuel is not included in the car rental cost and must be paid on top of the rental. A rental contract showing a detailed breakdown of all charges will be given at the delivery of the car.
Payments:
The following credit or debit cards are accepted: Master/ Euro card, VISA, AMEX. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented as guarantee for the rental. Please note that all payments will be made locally in Euros. There is no deposit necessary to confirm your reservation.
Drivers Eligibility:
Minimum age of driver is 25 years. Drivers under 25 years have to own a valid driver's licence for minimum 3 years. Maximum age of driver is 90 years. International driver's licence is required for non EU citizens or if the licence is not in Latin letters.
Deliveries Limitations:
Delivery and collection with in Paphos town limits and airport is normally free of charge, unless the delivery location is not within Paphos town limits. In such cases, an out of limits charge of €20 will be applied. Delivery and collection to Larnaca Airport is an additional €30 charge for this service each way.
Car selected for hire:
Cars are booked by group not specific model and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to upgrade your car without prior notice, if the model/group requested becomes unavailable for reasons unforeseen. The rate will remain the same as quoted. However, we do consider your personal preferences. To insure they are met, early bookings are recommended.
